Your Role: As part of our Affiliate Rate Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring we maintain the most competitive and accurate rates across our network. Your responsibilities will include:

• Gathering affiliate rates and pricing from partners across multiple regions and inputting them into our system with precision.
• Communicating directly with global affiliates—primarily through e-commerce channels—to negotiate rates, ensuring both cost-effectiveness and high-quality service standards.
• Keeping track of rate changes, updates, and renewals, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely communication of rate adjustments.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment between rate negotiations and overall business objectives.
• Contributing to ongoing market research and competitor analysis to ensure we stay ahead in a fast-paced industry.

What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Strong Analytical Skills: You’re comfortable working with data and can identify patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities within complex sets of information.
• Excellent Communication Abilities: You can effectively communicate with international partners through various e-commerce channels.
• Negotiation Skills: You know how to find a balance between securing the best rates while maintaining positive, long-term relationships with affiliates.
• Detail-Oriented: Precision is key in this role. You’re able to manage large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Excel and data entry is required, and experience with rate management systems is a plus.
• Global Perspective: Comfortable working with partners from around the world and excited by the challenges that come with it.
• Availability: The ideal candidate will be available to work from Sunday to Thursday, 12 PM - 8 PM EST to ensure consistent communication with our global affiliates.
